Vcidex will do the initial rounds of screening (Technical & Personal)
Client will conduct the final round of interview through telephone.
For each candidate, Vcidex will provide the following information

Expected salary by Candidate
Vcidex recommended salary
Current market Rate at India that matches candidate skill set
Client can negotiate the salary directly with the candidate and on finalization; Vcidex can give the offer letter to the candidate to work at Vcidex premises.
Candidate will report directly to Client’s project manager/project leader or whoever been assigned to
Client will assign task and monitor Candidate’s work regularly
