INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VCIDEX SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, its affiliates, group companies, and officers from any claim, demand, or penalty due to your breach of Terms or violation of applicable laws.

NO WARRANTY & LIABILITY

Services are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or performance of our Platform and disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from your use.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, internet failures, etc.).

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India. The exclusive jurisdiction for resolving disputes lies with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review them to stay updated.
